Research in our lab covers a broad range of computational biophysics, from fundamental development of computational models and simulation algorithms, to application studies towards dissecting the assembly process of disordered proteins, understanding the structure-dynamics-function relationship of membrane proteins, and designing new small molecule therapeutics.

Our research is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, Westlake Education Foundation, Tencent Foundation, and Biomap. We are part of the Key Laboratory of Structural Biology of Zhejiang Province, and the Westlake Laboratory of Life Sciences and Biomedicine.
